About Me

As per the website name, I’m Jim McLeod. I’m a database consultant specialising in SQL Server database administration, development and performance tuning, with plenty of other development experience. I have been described as “a human version of SQL Server’s Books Online… but with funny cat pictures.”

I live in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs with my lovely wife Amanda, our sons Lachlan and Dashiell, and our two dogs, Gemma and Ash. Aside from all things computer-nerdy, I enjoy cycling, running, and wandering around the local mountains.
